Pros:

I got them for christmas

Cons:

Fell all apart very unhappy
Spell all the park very unhappy

Preferred solution: I would like to get another one of your product but a better designed pair of Leatherman

User's recommendation: I don't recommend y'all nothing I'm sorry for saying that but I wouldn't recommend *** from y'all but I would like to have my *** replaced

Failure of Guidesman Flood/spot flashlight

I purchased this flashlight less than six months ago at Menard's. Since I replaced the six double AA batteries in the unit, it will not work at all. I have tried different batteries, cleaned the contacts and still the flashlight does not work. Neither the flood or spot mode will light.

No one answered the phone and I was disconnected. I just wanted to make a suggestion for 20 oz. Dr. Pepper Cherry bottles. I'm looking for an insulated cozy that would hold them, like the ones you have for cans. I am unable to find one anywhere. Thought maybe if I put in a request for one, just maybe, maybe, you could come up with one.

I love the can cozy i use it for my sixteen point nine ounce bottles of propel

Cons:

No cozy for twenty ounce plastic soda bottles

My guidesman chair

I purchases a chair from menards back this spring. On september 29 i put the chair in my car in the cubbie the car has. On October 3rd i pull the chair out at my sons football practice and the chair is got fire damage. It some how caught on fire in its bag inside the car. There must have not been enough air flow to keep it going as for it was only inside the bag. Im veey thank ful it didnt go further than that and catch my car on fire.

Loved this flashlight as an EMT, but suddenly light won't stay on more than 3 seconds. Have recharged it and still won't stay lit. This is sometimes a matter of people's lives.

What a piece of *** Used once, next time 3 months later would not work. $15 lithium batteries were replaced with the same, still will not work! Paid $50+ for the stupid light and invested $30 in bat

Chair seats ripped

I have 4 of the director chairs and all 4 of them ripped in the seats. We bought them all the same time at menards in Rochester Minn. around 5 or 6 years ago they all ripped in the last 6 months. We have kept them inside all the time they were never left out in the weather I would think the material would last better than what they did. Want new ones

I thought i was dealing with Guardian but it just took me to Just answer or something else like this but i only was looking for one answer to a really simple question that Guardian could take care of but it was not what i wanted did not want to get involved with another party still ticked off because i was told to throw away a perfectly good lantern with exception i needed a replacement bottom part that was told i could not get just buy another one with a thirty percent discount allowance

Guidesman - Highly disappointed in product quality

Dont waste your money on guidesman canopies. The very first time I tried to set my canopy up out of the box, two of the supports bent and the canopy began collapsing under its own weight. The fabric is very cheap and the Velcro used to secure the canopy also ripped.

Bought the smaller version just to have around the house. Barely works after little usage. Also purchased the longer pen like version and same thing. Battery has a date of less than 2yrs ago. Definitely never buying another. Fool me 2x fine but no chance for a 3rd time...
